Absurd tantra practice in a theater

'Tantra For Beginners' is a performance that explores the intersections between self-help and somatic practices and the practice of acting, using the hyper-interpreted somatic practice of Tantra as a paradigm. Under musical guidance from Eugène Blove, Nathan Ooms, Castélie Yalombo and Rosie Sommers place a self-made, absurd Tantra practice in a theatrical context. Tantra For Beginners invites you to follow the liberation process of four characters and explore self-discovery through a variety of exercises.
