From January 21 to 24, 2026, Ghent will once again be the vibrant heart of circus, dance, and performance. For its eighth edition, the Smells Like Circus festival returns with a programme that once again explores the boundaries of contemporary circus — four days filled with amazement, wonder, and fiery imagination.

In conversation with brand-new artistic coordinator Kristof Blom

Kristof Blom, since May 2025 the new artistic coordinator of VIERNULVIER, radiates a lot of enthusiasm when he talks about his first months.
