In this interactive workshop, we discuss several food products through a concrete story. This way, we highlight various influences on people and the environment in the global south (human rights violations, excessive water usage, pesticides, poor working conditions, deforestation, unfair competition, and more).
At the end, we evaluate these cases against the principles of agro-ecology, as a holistic framework for a more sustainable food system.
