Dutch-language pop with warm guitar sounds and catchy melody lines

MEAU performs small, pure songs about personal growth, love, or just loneliness. Sensitive, danceable, dreamy and catchy at the same time. She has won a special place in the music industry in a short time. In November 2022 she was still performing in De Vooruit's Balzaal, but several tens of millions of streams later she is all set to take the Concertzaal by storm.

MEAU has been making music since she could walk focusing on writing Dutch-language songs, inspired by artists such as Eefje de Visser. In 2021, she released her debut EP Kalmte, followed later that year by the monster hit Dat Heb Jij Gedaan (over 68 million streams on Spotify), Blijven Rijden and Dans M'n Ogen Dicht (collab with Racoon).

MEAU won an Edison, 3FM Awards and a Buma Award. Following the release of her gold-winning debut album "22," MEAU is eager to follow up her sold-out club tour in the fall.
