Arts Center VIERNULVIER values the diversity of our colleagues, without distinction of gender, religion, skin color, nationality, gender preference, disability, age, or ethnic origin. We strive to reflect the residents of the city - both in our staff and our visitors. We are curious about your talent and how you can contribute to our story.

What do we offer?

  • We value a good team atmosphere
  • You work in beautiful venues such as De Vooruit and Club Wintercircus

What can you expect from the application process?

  • You will be invited for an interview that lasts a maximum of 30 minutes. This will be a conversation with Seline, the HR colleague.
  • In this introductory conversation, we will explore your motivation, experience, and knowledge, as well as your fit for the role. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
  • If we find that you are a good fit for the role, you will have the chance to shadow a colleague for a day to get to know the workplace and the job content, so we can assess together whether the job is truly right for you. After this trial period, a decision will be made, and you may become our new colleague!
