A mobile kitchen as a part of FOOD x 019 collaboration hosts culinary artist Asli Hatipoglu on the square in front of Sint-Lucas hospital. On 26.02 and 27.02 in the afternoon.

Culinary artist Asli Hatipoglu will create a place to stand still or to quickly pass by and take something with.
She will serve individual soup potions to have a healing moment from the cold while offering to pack individual wontons wrapped with herbs, roots and fermented foods upon the desire of the person.
You can expect a mobile kitchen with jars of herbs, roots, ferments, sprouts, steaming broths and designed care packages of poetry to take with.
