"Am I good enough?" "Am I normal enough?" "Am I doing this right?"
Who hasn't, at some point, worried about their sexual performance, desires, or experiences?

When we seek support for our sexual struggles, we're often met with quick fixes, self-improvement strategies, and promises of better functioning. But what if these difficulties are not problems to solve? What if they are invitations to listen more closely? Has erotic life ever really been about optimization?

In this workshop, we approach our sexual challenges with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we will explore what these "problems" might be trying to tell us, treating them as treasure maps that point toward something valuable, meaningful, and deeply personal—if only we stop trying to make them disappear.

This is an embodied and experiential workshop that combines creative, reflective, and movement-based practices within a framework of confidentiality, care, communication, and consent. Participation is always voluntary, and you can choose if, how, and with whom you engage in the exercises.

Throughout the workshop, we will work with approaches such as:

  • Felt sensing and improvisation – tuning into bodily sensations and expressing them through spontaneous movement and exploration
  • Constellations – giving shape to an issue, viewing it from different perspectives, and discovering new possibilities
  • Dialogue, journaling, and doodling – engaging with our own and each other's experiences in a curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental way
  • The art of queer failure – exploring how cultural norms shape our ideas of what counts as a problem, and how embracing uncertainty, awkwardness, and "failure" can open unexpected pathways beyond normative scripts

Participants are encouraged to be open to working with a variety of people and bodies, while always honoring their own boundaries and needs. We support an approach based on self-awareness, mutual respect, and personal responsibility.

No previous experience is required.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
