Emma Tack

Emma Tack is committed to an inclusive, warm, and just society where everyone counts. At Aroma's vzw, she brings together young and old – students and seniors – during enjoyable cooking evenings with local and rescued ingredients, aiming to combat food waste and promote connection. As a volunteer at INTER, she contributes to greater physical and social accessibility for people with disabilities. She is also actively involved with Kom op tegen Kanker for people who have had cancer, by helping to organize the Brussels Day and developing personalized behavioral interventions.
For Emma, connection is always central; she believes that it arises not only between people but also with nature and our living environment – as a driving force for sustainable and structural change.
