Bert Meyfroot

Bert Meyfroot has been strengthening our hospitality team since 2025 and is currently working with great enthusiasm as a bar staff member in the evening shift. Bert has been active in the hospitality industry since 2017. He learned the trade, among other places, at Café Marimain, where he worked both as a bartender and manager, and behind the bar at Bar Jan Cremer. Additionally, you could occasionally spot him as the friendly bouncer at the door of Café Afsnis and Café Missy Sippy.
In a previous life, Bert studied orthopedagogy and spent a large part of his career as an educator. He made a career switch that we are very happy about. Besides hospitality, Bert is also very passionate about the technology surrounding AI, which he enjoys working creatively with.
