Arne Dambre

As a general practitioner, Arne Dambre is dedicated daily to the well-being and health of my patients at the Brugse Poort community health center. There, he sees daily how many health complaints are the result of environmental factors and societal issues. Therefore, he tries to address the social determinants of health with his practice from the community health centers, even outside the walls of the practice. This includes community projects focused on healthy eating or accessible physical activity offerings.
Furthermore, Arne is active around the theme of Planetary Health, the interaction between the health of people and the planet, through the general practitioners' association in Ghent (HVG) and Jong Domus.
