Evgeny Grinko is ready for a new chapter with his fifth studio album “Winter Moonlight” and a brand new tour! On Wednesday 22 April 2026, he will bring his intimate and heart-warming compositions to the Theatre Hall at De Vooruit in Ghent.

Evgeny Grinko discovered music at a young age through films. After being active in the post-punk scene as a guitarist and drummer, he reached a turning point when he discovered the piano and taught himself to play the instrument. Less than three years later, in 2010, he broke through in contemporary classical music with his viral composition ‘Valse’. Since then, Evgeny has released five albums and six EPs, focusing on emotions such as humour, sadness and longing. His music resonates worldwide: he has over 450 million streams on Spotify and 240 million views on YouTube. In 2022, he left Russia after opposing the invasion of Ukraine and eventually settled in Berlin. Despite the challenges, he continues to compose at a rapid pace.

Be enchanted by the magic of Evgeny Grinko

His latest album, Winter Moonlight, was released in February and features the single ‘Melting’. The album is an impressive follow-up to his earlier EP “Winter Sunshine” from 2011 and shows how far Grinko has evolved as a composer and what still lies ahead for him. With ten songs full of warm harmonies and compelling arrangements, “Winter Moonlight” evokes emotions in every listener.
