Gen Z and conservatism

In this edition of The Arena, we shine a spotlight on a current evolution: Gen Z and the resurgence of conservatism. While younger generations are often automatically placed in a progressive box, we are seeing a clear movement of young people today who consciously choose conservative values, tradition, and cultural identity. What is the reason for this, and how will it continue to evolve?

Moderator Fien Sabbe will engage in conversation with Anna Roos (student and chair of the Flemish Youth Council), Jeroen Bergers (chair of Young N-VA and member of parliament), Cecil Meeusen (sociology professor in sociology at KU Leuven), and Rik Torfs (professor of ecclesiastical law and author).
