Ghent Dance Days
Discover emerging choreographers at CAMPO or see how NTGent explores the boundaries between dance and theater. At VIERNULVIER, you can enjoy large-scale, contemporary performances at both the start and the end of the festival. Danspunt presents the results of intensive residency programs that four young makers followed for an entire year. And laGeste is also shifting its full focus onto a young maker emerging from their residency workings.
In addition to performances, there is plenty of room for reflection. Throughout the month, Platform-K weaves a program of lectures, panels, and presentations around inclusivity and dance. Things are buzzing behind the scenes too. KOPERGIETERY and CAMPO are organizing a first international laboratory to give a fresh impulse to dance for young audiences. Meanwhile, during a research week, Curatorial Studies KASK and CAMPO will explore the intersections between curating, visual arts, and dance.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. More initiatives and events are in the pipeline. We will launch the full program and all names in October 2026.
