Margo Temmerman

Margo Temmerman is a creative producer for the residency programme and performing arts programme at VIERNULVIER.
Margo is the pivot and the dedicated liaison for artists, city residents, and artistic partners. She is responsible for the overall framing, coordination, and administrative follow-up of all activities and events arising from the residency program and the stadsatelier (city studio). In this role, she meticulously monitors budgetary overviews through estimates, labor costs, and subsidy management, while aligning schedules and workloads with the broader programming and production team. Additionally, she contributes strategically to the future and further development of the residency platform within the organization.
Margo holds a background in socio-cultural work, a Master’s degree in Gender and Diversity, and a postgraduate degree in Arts & Cultural Management. Following internships at NTGent, Beursschouwburg, and Allyens, she joined Vooruit in 2019. Alongside her core responsibilities, she represents the staff within VIERNULVIER’s governing bodies and actively contributes to the organization's strategic development.
