Judy Vanden Thoren graduated as a Comparative Cultural Scientist in 2001. After a varied career in areas such as education, youth welfare work, trade unions, and social economy, she started an independent practice as a DEI expert (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and has been coordinating the (E)Quality in Arts program for the Social Fund of the Performing Arts since 2022.
