Zé Ibarra is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, known for his expressive voice and highly refined musical language. As a solo artist and member of Bala Desejo, he combines MPB (Brazilian Popular Music) with jazz, pop, and experimental influences. His second album AFIM marks a more cinematic and intense artistic direction, with the album single Transe nominated for a Latin Grammy 2025.
Nicolas Mouquet's Ghent-based solo project, Tatête, brings him back to his roots and his first love: the acoustic guitar. After adventures in indie pop bands such as WUMAN, Soapstarter, and Twin Toes, he creates a minimalist indie folk style that is both comforting and unsettling.
In French and English, his intimate songs invite you to just be yourself. Live, his music is performed in an intimate setting, accompanied by Hanne Vandekerckhove and Pierre Van Vlaenderen, and he is currently working on his first EP. And oh, Tatête is also the name of his imaginary childhood friend.
