During our VIDEODROOM Talks, programmer Wouter Vanhaelemeesch engages in a brief conversation with a guest who is an outspoken fan of the film. From movie-historical insights to personal declarations of love for the film or genre in question.

Melissa Giardina is the face of Vindetta!, her company that has been uniting everything she loves to do since 2020: interviewing authors and artists, moderating, editing, translating, as well as PR and communication. She is a permanent panel member of Uitgelezen (the live book program in De Vooruit), a member of the Arkcomité van het Vrije Woord, and a jury member of De Bronzen Uil. Besides all that, she is also a big fan of director Jim Jarmusch. We will talk to her about his unique film style, his relationship with music, and the place that the film 'Dead Man' occupies in his oeuvre.
