Festival van de Gelijkheid

On December 11, 12, and 13, the Festival of Equality will once again bring a dose of warmth and connection to Ghent. The common thread during these three days filled with inspiring talks, interesting panels, and unexpected encounters: social (in)equality. We will engage in dialogue about (in)equality in society, with an eye on our differences.

You can discover the full programme on Tuesday, October 14, when ticket sales begin, but there is one name we want to share already: on Saturday, December 13, Dalilla Hermans will have a conversation with Jordan Stephens, the charismatic half of the duo Rizzle Kicks and author of 'Avoidance, Drugs, Heartbreak and Dogs' (ADHD). How can we teach men to talk about what really matters - among themselves, honestly, without a mask? Why is vulnerability still seen as a threat instead of a strength? And what is the price we pay when we do not acknowledge or share our pain?
