Arsenal returns to the glory of the club with their new album Okan Okunkun, which loosely translates to “Heart of Darkness”. Dark Afro rhythms meet shoegaze bass guitars in a set that blends old and new work.
The new singles “Mendeleev” and “Moonlight Calls” sweat alongside heavyweights such as Melvin, Saudade, Estupendo..., driven by a 9-piece live band, Arsenal still delivers the most infectious mix of melancholy, jungle trees and spaceships.
