EMERGE - announcement of laureates

EMERGE is an ambitious cultural collaboration platform, supported by Interreg VI France-Wallonia-Flanders, with a budget of €3.29 million. The project unites 10 leading partners from Hauts-de-France, Flanders, and Wallonia to boost the production and international reach of independent companies.

From an impressive 136 applications, EMERGE has selected 15 companies across disciplines such as dance, theatre, circus, and performance. The project is committed to diversity, ensuring gender balance and amplifying innovative artistic voices.

Until 2028, the selected artists will receive financial and structural support to grow their work internationally. EMERGE also serves as a laboratory for cultural innovation, offering residencies, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen cross-border collaboration.
