Ready for a good time? Dutch composer and classical pianist Matteo Myderwyk presents a new score for Good Time, the acclaimed 2017 neo-noir film that marked the breakthrough of the Safdie Brothers (Uncut Gems).

The hypnotic crime thriller follows brothers Connie and Nick through one adrenaline-fueled, tumultuous night after a botched bank robbery. The mounting tension and panic experienced by the protagonists are perfectly mirrored in Sean Price Williams’ cinematography. At the premiere in Cannes, the film drew comparisons to iconic ‘70s classics like Dog Day Afternoon and Mean Streets. Robert Pattinson’s outstanding performance was widely praised and remains a high point in his career.
