Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte have been producing themselves a serious reputation in recent years. Their first two albums 'Weval' and 'The Weight,' released on the Kompakt label, received rave reviews from the likes of Pitchfork and The Line of Best Fit. They dropped their new album 'Remember' in early March. On it, the two revert to the distinctive Weval sound from their early years - just listen to songs like 'Should be fine,' 'Forever' and 'Everything went well.'

Their unique sound fuses energetic electronic funk, emotional synths and bold melodies in brilliant ways. The perfect dreamy atmosphere for the late hours on the dance floor - just ask the festival-goers who have seen them before at Best Kept Secret, Lowlands and Primavera Sound. In November these gentlemen will be in Ghent - don't miss them!

For fans of: Apparat, Thom Yorke, Kiasmos, Howling and David August

Support: Niels Orens

Driven by technology, Niels Orens is constantly looking for new ways to generate sound. The harmonious connection between his acoustic and electronic sounds results in a colorful palette of emotions your soul can relate to. By combining rhythmic patterns influenced by breakbeat with spatial sound design and deep bass sounds, he creates a unique sound experience.

With influences like Max Cooper, Floating Points and Massive Attack, he looks for a crossroads between different genres, making room for something new.  As one of the 2021-2022 Belgian Sound Track laureates, Niels Orens is not sitting still. As he continues to question the intersections between music, technology and visual art, he is pushing the boundaries of electronic live performance.

Using his cello on stage to create dense and sensitive loops combined with carefully constructed beats, he makes his live shows truly unique. Add immersive visuals and you're all set for an intense journey into the unknown.
