A common (pink) thread

I think we need to talk’ is an interactive performance that uses a lot of wool but few words. You are invited to find a place in the pink woollen universe that unfolds before your eyes. In this collective experience, you will literally knit together a story about connection. By means of a pink thread, Collectief Elan(d) sets generations in motion, interweaves them and knots them together.

Prior to the performance, an open workshop takes place either in the public space or in a community or cultural centre. During the workshop, people work together on costumes, decor or thread. Participants from the open studios can be assigned a place and a role in the performance.
